Venture Capital Investment for Secured Group

Secured Group is a fast growing business, operating in the recently deregulated mailing sector.

The group had been a Vanguard client from an early stage and we had worked with them through earlier rounds of finance. The business had now reached the stage where a significant equity investment was required to provide a platform for further growth.

Vanguard led this transaction, introducing potential funders and advising throughout negotiations with them.  The company successfully concluded a 1.6m pound investment from Aquarius Equity Partners Fund Managers of the Northern Entrepreneurs Fund.
